Eventplot is currently free to use while we’re in early access.

You can plan, build and publish your event without paying. We’re working closely with early organisers, gathering feedback and refining the platform before introducing payments.

When pricing is introduced, it will follow a simple pay-as-you-grow model – no subscriptions, no surprises.

Start with free credits and buy more when you need them. Credits are locked in when your event starts, so costs are predictable. You can always add more items later by spending more credits.

Credits explained

• 1 credit per item: each vendor, performer, stage/venue or sponsor uses 1 credit.

• Free credits : personal accounts get 10 free credits/year once you’ve planned and published at least one event (added on your account anniversary). Organisation accounts don’t receive free credits.

• Locked at event start: when your event starts, we lock the item count and spend those credits. You can add more items later by spending more credits, but deleting items won’t return credits.

• Personal or organisation credits: credits can be bought on a personal account or an organisation account. Organisation credits are shared by the team.

• Moving to an organisation: if you transfer an event into an organisation, the organisation must have enough credits available to cover it – otherwise you’ll be prompted to buy credits.
