Open Branding & images from the sidebar to manage your event’s visual identity — logo, colour palette, and a shared image library.

Click any item to edit it in the panel on the right. Click again to deselect.

Your logo appears at the top of the page. Select it to upload Colour Logo, White Logo, and Black Logo versions — Eventplot picks the best fit for light or dark backgrounds on your website.

Add a Copyright note if needed.

Colour palette

Build a Colour Palette for your event brand. Click + to add a colour, then set a Colour Name and Hex Value.

These colours are available when choosing colours elsewhere in Eventplot — including the Website Editor.

Images

Upload photos and artwork with Add image (or the + in the Images header). You can drag files onto the + button.

Select an image to set its Label, Copyright, and Description (up to 125 characters).

Gallery images can be used in the Website Editor — for example in hero sections and image blocks.

Note: Supported formats are PNG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP, and SVG.
