Managing sponsors

The Sponsors page is where you manage partners and supporters for your event. Click a sponsor card to open their profile in the panel on the right.

Add a sponsor

Click + to create a profile yourself, or Invite Sponsors to email signup links or share the application URL.

Use the settings menu to set up Custom Questions, Required Fields, and Terms before you open applications.

Upload sponsor logos on the profile (Images section) — Colour Logo, White Logo, and Black Logo versions work best on different backgrounds.

You can also attach sponsors in Event Settings (for event-wide “Sponsored by” lines) and on individual Stages via Stage Sponsors.

Review applications

New signups appear in Inbox under Sponsors in the sidebar. Review each application and Accept or Reject.

Sponsors are often tied to specific stages.

  • Open a Stage profile and use Stage Sponsors to link sponsors to that stage. Sponsor names can appear on stage cards in the list.
  • On the Sponsors list, Add to stage on a card takes you to Stages if none are linked yet. Once linked, stage names on the card jump to that stage on the Planning Map.

Use sponsor logos on stages and the map

Sponsor logos are not just for the website — you can use them across your event:

  • Stage models — Select a stage on the Planning Map and use Select Image on wing, roof, back wall, or tower slots. Pick a logo from your Sponsors (or stage/event images).
  • Billboards — Add a Billboard on the map and choose a sponsor image for the board face.
  • Website — Published sponsors appear in sponsor sections on your event website, using the best logo variant for the background.

Publish

Switch from Private to Published at the bottom of the profile when the sponsor should appear on your website, map branding, and sponsor sections.

Note: Unpublished sponsors stay internal until you publish them.

Bulk actions

Use the email icon in the header to message sponsors, or Export CSV at the bottom of the list to download sponsor data.
