Managing stage schedules

The Schedule page is where you build your performance timetable. Performers appear in the panel on the left; stages run across the timeline on the right.

Before you start

You need Performers and Stages in your event. Set your event dates in Event Settings — the timeline is built from those running times, and performances must fall within them.

Add stages

If you have no stages yet, the timeline prompts you to add one. You can also click + in the timeline header at any time.

Click a stage name at the top of a column to open that stage’s profile. Drag stage headers left or right to reorder columns — the order is saved for your event.

Set each stage’s Colour on schedule in the stage profile so slots are easy to tell apart on the timeline.

Schedule a performer

There are three ways to add a slot:

  • Drag a performer from the left panel onto a stage column at the time you want (defaults to a one-hour slot).
  • Click Schedule on a performer card that has no slots yet.
  • Open a performer’s profile and use Edit in the Schedule section — this takes you to the Schedule page.

In the Schedule dialog, choose a Stage, Start Time, and End Time, then click Schedule.

Adjust times on the timeline

  • Move a slot — drag it up, down, or to another stage column.
  • Resize — drag the handle at the bottom of a slot to change the end time.
  • Edit — click a slot to open the dialog and change stage or times precisely.
  • Delete — open the slot and click Delete, or drag a slot off the timeline.

Slots that overlap for the same performer are flagged as Schedule Clash with a red border. Fix clashes before you go live.

Multi-day events

If your event runs over more than one day, date buttons appear above the timeline — including Today when relevant. Use + in Event Settings to add another day. Each day can have its own start and end times.

OPEN DOORS and CLOSE DOORS markers on the timeline match your running-time boundaries.

Use the Scale slider in the timeline header to zoom in or out when the day is busy.

Find performers quickly

Use Search performers to filter the left panel. Sort and switch between grid and list view with the controls in the header. Performers who already have slots are slightly dimmed so you can spot who still needs scheduling.

What appears publicly

Scheduled slots feed into your Website and Public Map — performer cards and stage labels can show who is on and when during the event.

Note: Only Published performers and stages appear to the public. Keep profiles on Private until you are ready.

Also on stage and performer profiles

Each Stage profile includes a Lineup preview of that stage’s slots, with a shortcut to the full Schedule page. Each Performer profile lists their booked slots under Schedule.
