Existance Festival cancelled its 3–6 September 2026 weekend at Boldridge Farm, Tetbury after a June postponement for compliance issues and a licence that arrived too late to make the revised dates workable.

BBC reports the licence came with conditions including a traffic management plan and adequate fire safety measures. Organisers said the late approval, a fire over the summer and “issues with the supply of key infrastructure” left them unable to proceed without compromising the show. Tickets roll to new dates (10–13 June 2027) or refund; capacity had been expected around 2,000. The psychedelic / psytrance event had already relocated from near Malmesbury after noise problems.

Why Eventplot: licence packs want a clear site plan, traffic routes and fire arrangements — early. Eventplot is built for that outdoor paperwork reality: draw the footprint on a real-world 3D map, place vendors and infrastructure, keep versions current as conditions change, and export what authorities need without redrawing the field three times. Late approval still hurts; a messy plan makes it fatal.
